Abstract

|
We report the case of a 57-year-old man admitted for cardiac resynchronization therapy. The patient had small-diameter lateral veins, that entered the coronary sinus at an acute angle. After multiple attempts to perform sequential balloon dilatation, a left ventricular pacing lead was successfully placed in the midportion of the lateral vein.
